If I admit it to the world, maybe I’ll change my ways. I’m quite precious of my camera. I think that I stepped over a milestone on the recent trip to London where I let a complete stranger handle my camera to take a photo of me with my girlfriend; something there’re very few of. This is paired with the fact that we were trapped in a bubble on the London Eye, it added a little bit to my camera’s safety.
After receiving a notification recently of my blog’s anniversary and then looking back over my posts, there is little content compared to the amount of time that has passed.
My camera is big and bulky which doesn’t help I know that I favour night time shoots, which require all the right conditions, and no early mornings the next day. I’m limited, or making excuses.
I do love taking photographs though, and even though I don’t often share them, my smartphone of choice tends to fill the gap quite often.
For the size and it’s features, and countless apps available, there’s not much that you can fault it with. Android’s built in Panoramic feature seems to get a lot of use. Gimmicky or not, I like it.
Don’t get used to SmartPhoneography type posts. They’re perfect for personal memories. The photos wont mean much to many, but to me, it’s like a memory bank in my pocket.
